With the upcoming Patch 9.1.5 actively being tested in Public Test Realm (PTR), various class changes are mooted to be introduced into Shadowlands later.

WoW: Shadowlands has had many shake-ups and surprising twists to its narrative throughout the past year.

In line with recent developments, it would seem that not only will Patch 9.1.5 implement improvements to Island Expeditions but also raise standards when it comes to class abilities too!

As laid out in the official forums here, you can find almost every class in the game benefitting from ability buffs, be it small or significant.

Two (2) general changes which impact all classes are:

· Every cooldown above 2 minutes are reset after the end of a Raid or beginning of a Mythic+ Dungeon (does not apply to Shaman’s Reincarnation or Warlock’s Ritual of Doom)

· Area-of-Effect (AoE) abilities now deal maximum damage up to five (5) total enemies, reducing the damage for subsequent enemies after the first five (6th, 7th, etc.).

Other specific class ability tweaks can be seen here:

· Death Knight

o Shackle the Unworthy’ (Kyrian Ability) damage is reduced by 10%, but has 100% chance to spread to nearby enemies

o Withering Ground’ (Night Fae Conduit) effect increased by 50%.

o Impenetrable Gloom’ (Venthyr Conduit) damage effect increased by 50%.

· Demon Hunter

o Sinful Brand’ (Venthyr Ability) cooldown is now reduced to 45 seconds

o Blind Faith’ (Kyrian Runecarving Power) now grants 1% Versatility and 10 Fury when a Lesser Soul Fragment is consumed (while ‘Blind Faith’ is active)

· Druid

o Four (4) new Travel Forms with two (2) colour variants each

o The ‘Well-Honed Instincts’ conduit is now categorized for all classes

o Adaptive Swarm’ (Necrolord Ability) jump range has been increased to 50 yards and will now jump to a friendly target if there are no enemies within 50 yards

· Hunter

o Aquilons, Corspeflies, and Gromits are now tameable as pets.

o Flayed Shot’ (Venthyr Ability) now deals an additional hit when cast, which also has 15% chance (increased with Empowered Release Conduit) to reset the cooldown of ‘Kill Shot

· Many more!

The overall list of changes is huge, so you should definitely go check it out here to find out about your favourite character classes as well.
